Shelf life studies
Shelf-life of a food is the period of which it remains safe
and suitable for consumption. Shelf-life verification is to
confirm that the food has not deteriorated in quality or
spoiled within the reported expiry date.
As such, data and testing relevant to this product stability
along its shelf-life shall be available as a verification record
to meet various legal requirements in the nutritional
labelling of food products. We offer a comprehensive
range of testing in monitoring the stability of your
product along the estimated shelf-life. Besides, we also
provide accelerated aging at 40ºC, 75% RH for product
with a longer shelf-life (12 -36 months) as to increase the rate of deterioration and shorten the lead time of study to less than 12 months.
